What we train

Two specialties. One coach for now.

Every session is 1:1 (or up to 3 siblings together), one hour, $30 per athlete. Built around a clear development goal.

    Explosive speed, change of direction, and movement efficiency. Strength and conditioning baked into every session.

    Basketball Training

    Ball-handling, finishing, footwork, and basketball IQ — taught with the rhythm of real game situations.

Four steps from clinic pick to confirmation

Choose an available clinic, add athlete information, pay online, and receive confirmation by email. Trainers are assigned by The Spot, so customers do not select trainers directly.

  • Pick a training type, pick your trainer, then pick an open time slot on the calendar. You'll review the booking, accept the waiver, and pay via Stripe. Your spot is confirmed once payment goes through — you'll get a confirmation email immediately.
